Halloween has passed and that means Thanksgiving will be here shortly.
Before Thanksgiving arrives, parents need to start digging out those Elf on a Shelves to have them ready. Our elf arrives the day after Thanksgiving, on Black Friday morning, and heads back to the North Pole on Christmas Eve.
For those that don’t know the story of the Elf on the Shelf, each child is assigned an Elf to watch over them during the month of December.
The elves arrive before the child wakes up and heads back to the North Pole at night to report back to Santa.
Each time the elf arrives, he or she moves to a new spot in the house.
Sometimes the elves get into mischief.
One special rule is that you cannot touch the elf, or it will lose its magic.
There are different things you can do to help your elf get their magic back so they can return to the North Pole.
